Northern California BMC Dogs Site Launch!

KENNELS BASED IN LOS MOLINOS CALIFORNIA – THANK YOU FOR VISITING OUR WEBSITE!

Ibarra’s Black Mouth Curs combines a decade of breeding experience and a collection of dogs that stretches from California to Georgia. Our original goal with all of our dogs was to proliferate this amazing breed of hunting dog and bring out the best in each breeding. Our aim is to stay true to the old ways and preserve the inherent traits of these fine dogs. The original cur dogs were bred to be versatile and durable hunting and working dogs with extreme loyalty and dedication to their owners. Ibarra’s dogs remain true to this day; using old blood lines and producing consistent dogs that perform!

After spending years working with Black Mouth Cur dogs we’ve seen their amazing versatility first hand. These dogs can be taught to do almost anything! We have dogs working with cattle in Oregon, California, Arizona ant Texas, ranchers and hunters with great success in California up and down the coast. Our dogs are in Oregon, Washington and even as far up as Canada. We have dogs in Alabama, Arizona and New York, thriving from coast to coast in all different types of settings and climates.

At Ibarra’s kennels we work our dogs 365 days a year . We start our dogs on obedience training, whistle work, lead work and leash walking. We introduce our dogs to cows and horses as well as working on blood scenting and baying coons and hogs. Our pups are taught basic commands and scent trailing as early as 3 months old. We guarantee all of our dogs to work and/or hunt with their owners within 1 year; satisfaction guaranteed. Any dog that will not perform will be replaced at no extra cost to the owner. Any returned dog must be able to follow basic commands from it’s owner and in a safe and health condition indicative of proper care for the dog.

By providing a coast to coast service, our perspective owners can eliminate extra costs like airlines, certificates and other incidentals. Folks that want to own one of these fine dogs can get one direct, and we can also coordinate deliveries and pick ups. We appreciate you taking the time to stop by; check back often for the most recent blog articles and upcoming black mouth cur puppy litters. I purchased a Back Mouth Cur Female Pup from Joel Ibarra in July 2017. We named her Ruby and she has grown up to a very dedicated and loyal Family Dog. Ruby watches over our family, home and property in south eastern Arizona. She will drive a pig, hold a goat, kill a snake and warn you of predators before you see them. I would recommend Joel’s line of Back Mouth Curs to those that want a solid and well put together dog for Family, Farm, and Hunter.

I recently had the pleasure of getting one of Joel’s dogs. When we set up for the first time for a pup something came up and I had to back out. This is how much a stand up guy Joel is, his next litter of pups he called me out of the blue and honored my payment and got me a pup. Was not expecting this, solid dude. I opted for one of his females and what a dog. She’s now almost a year and a half, full working dog, tree dog, sent dog, heards, and a straight up varmit killer. Listens very well, well behaved, super smart, and is a just a super great all around dog. These dogs need a purpose, I’m a huge fan of BMC’s. They need a ton of excerise and you need to challenge there minds. If you hunt in any way there’s not much you need to do to these dogs there ready to go. Joel’s not a puppy mill. He has great passion for his dogs and raises his pups healthy from day one. Thanks Joel.
